I have worked for more than 10 years in International HRM in the banking sector, mainly in the fields of recruitment, campus management, training & development and talent management. I now belong to the Corporate University of the French bank Societe Generale, where I manage several Leadership Development Programmes for Executives and Top Executives of the bank. I am also an internal trainer for this company in leadership seminars, peer-to-peer coaching sessions and other events, such as TEDx Societe Generale.
In parallel to this activity, I hold a PhD in Management from Paris-Dauphine University in France. My research concentrates on HR Innovation, on Talent Management and on what I call “HR-as-practice”, that is, the emergence and development of HR strategies in organizations through the day-to-day work of HR professionals, leaders and teams. I have been teaching for 8 years in the fields of Management, International HR Management, HR Innovation and Public Speaking in several schools and universities in Europe, such as Sciences Po in Paris or Ashridge Business School in the UK. My philosophy of teaching is strongly experiential and cooperative, often based on workshops and similar action-learning methods.
Using my sound knowledge of both private companies and academic institutions, I concentrate on creating bridges and developing synergies between these two different worlds through my professional, research and teaching activities.
